EDGE is a distributor of Compact Discs, DVD Movies and VHS Movies. The Company is located in Streetsboro, Ohio, a suburb of Cleveland. EDGE has been in business since 1975 and has done business with Public Libraries since 1992. The Public Library Program was developed to offer Public Libraries an unparalleled program with reduced costs. A combination of web technologies, systems, customer service and extensive inventory provide Public Libraries outstanding service and value.

Q: What are my prices? Are they on the Web Site?
A: Exceptional Library Program Costs (LPC) are published on our user friendly web site www.edgedistro.com. Request your ID # and password by contacting Cheryl (888-572-1450 or cal@edgedistro.com) or Elizabeth (877-542-3837 or emk@edgedistro.com)

Q. How will my order be delivered?
A: The vast majority will be shipped via UPS Ground Service. Very small shipments (generally less than 10 units) will be shipped via U.S. Mail-Media Service.

Q: Who pays for the freight?
A: EDGE pays for all shipments via UPS Ground and U.S. Mail-Media. If you choose another freight option, the cost of the freight will be added to the invoice.

Q: Is there a minimum order quantity?
A: Yes, our minimum order is 20 units. And, yes, you can order CD, DVD and VHS on one order as long as the order totals 20 units or more.

Q: Why does EDGE have a minimum order quantity?
A: EDGE’s Library Program is designed to offer substantial savings. To qualify for the program a minimum order quantity must be set to justify picking, packing and shipping an order.

Q: Are there discounts if I place a “large order”?
A: Yes. An order of 100 units or more triggers a discount of 25-cents per unit which is deducted from the invoice.

Q: May I place my order on EDGE’s web site?

Q: May I place my order by phone or fax?
A: Sure, give us a call at 800-227-2425 or fax your order to 330-528-0423.

Q: Does EDGE provide processing services?
A: Yes. EDGE currently provides processing services including removal of shrink wrap, labeling, application of security strips and placing product into alternative storage boxes. Let us know how we can assist your processing needs.

Q: What happens if I order the wrong item(s)?
A: If you order the wrong item(s) and you have not opened the item, give EDGE a call as soon as you discover the problem. A customer service representative will send you a Return Authorization, shipping label and an envelope or carton to use to return the item(s).

Q: What happens if EDGE ships an item I did not order?
A: If EDGE ships the wrong item please give us a call as soon as you discover the problem. Please try to contact us about the problem prior to opening the item. A customer service representative will send you a RA, shipping label and an envelope or carton to use to return the item(s). In addition EDGE will pay the cost of the freight to return the item.

Q: What should I do if a piece of product arrives damaged?
A: No problem. Please call customer service and we will take care of the damaged product.
